Co-founder, General Manager, and Chief Design Officer of the independent design company Logotel. With over twenty years of experience in Impact Design and Learning Networks, she is among the first in Italy to have promoted and spread the culture of innovation through Design and collaboration within organizations to create real impact. As a strategist, she leads the design and development of innovative physical–digital service ecosystems that support national and international companies in their transformation processes. She promotes and nurtures methodologies, research projects, and experimental initiatives to explore and test new practices on emerging topics. She takes part in initiatives and activities aimed at spreading the culture of Impact Design for people, communities, businesses, and institutions. Over the past ten years, she has founded three active platforms - Weconomy, Horizon, and Next Working - dedicated to cross-media publications, events, and installations. She is an adjunct professor at the Politecnico di Milano, School of Design, where she teaches the course Impact Design: Shaping Community-Driven Organizations. She is also a visiting professor for the Master in Design Strategist and System Innovation (Poli.Design and LanTao University in Beijing). She has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Master in Service Design at Poli.Design and as a member of the National Services Commission of ADI - Associazione per il Disegno Industriale. She is the author of the “Design Economy” report by Symbola - Foundation for Italian Qualities, and a TEDx speaker. She has delivered over 50 public talks at national and international conferences on topics such as Impact Design, the People & Community Approach, Design for Change, Business Transformation, Strategic Service Design, Collaboration, and Networking Organizations, and is the author of more than 30 international publications.
